National Aquarium: Faster Than A Dolphin

Interactive puzzle on the National Aquarium in Baltimore's website. Images are uploaded through a CMS by the client. Players are shown the completed state of the puzzle 3 seconds before it scrambles itself, then have 30 seconds to solve it. As time winds down, the clocks ticking increases in volume and rhythmic complexity in time to the music, which is from the actual dolphin show.

There are three levels of achievement based on how fast the player finishes the puzzle. The total time is returned with a fun fact about dolphins that the client submits through the CMS. Project completed in collaboration with the Berndt Group.
